Charlie Bigham is the founder of Charlie Bigham’s, the food company he established in 1996 after leaving his corporate career and travelling around the world. Inspired to create a different kind of food business, he has built Charlie Bigham’s into one of Britain’s best-known premium pre-prepared meal brands, with a focus on making delicious food that is handcrafted in small batches with fresh ingredients. The company is a certified B Corp, with kitchens in London and at Dulcote Quarry in Somerset.
